Halton Police Arrest Milton Man in Sexual Assault Case


A Milton man has been arrested after a sexual assault investigation.

On Wednesday, May 29th, the Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS) arrested 26-year-old Avery Hill. He is charged with:

  • Sexual Assault

  • Assault Causing Bodily Harm

  • Assault

  • Forcible Confinement

Hill is in custody awaiting a bail hearing in Milton.

The female victim met Hill through a dating app. Police think there may be other victims.
