Niall Haggart, president of Mattamy’s GTA Urban Division, shared that the project aims to offer affordable, sustainable housing that blends urban living with nature. The first phase, set for completion in fall 2027, will include retail spaces and a scenic promenade. Around 60% of the units will be one-bedroom with dens, and the development will use eco-friendly geothermal heating and cooling systems.
