A Milton couple is still coming to terms with their incredible stroke of luck.
Million-dollar jackpots have a way of leaving people speechless.
William and Cindy Beaulieu, along with their Brampton friend Marc Duperrouzel, have been on cloud nine since matching all seven ENCORE numbers in order to win a $1-million prize in the Nov. 16 LOTTO 6/49 draw.
“It’s unbelievable! We never imagined something like this could happen to us,” said Cindy, who, along with her husband and friend, has been playing as a group for about six years.
The Beaulieu plan to use part of their winnings to pay off some bills and enjoy their newfound fortune.
The winning ticket was purchased at the Circle K on Bronte Street South in Milton.
