Students in Milton are in for a long weekend! Friday, April 4th, marks a PA Day for students across Halton, and the Milton Public Library (MPL) is offering fun activities to keep kids engaged.
At 1:30 p.m., the Beaty branch will host a free screening of Harold and the Purple Crayon. The movie follows adventurous Harold, who can bring anything to life with his purple crayon. However, when he steps into the real world, he discovers that his creative tool might cause more mischief than expected!
Parents or guardians must remain with their children during the screening. Attendees are welcome to bring drinks in spill-proof containers. The event will conclude at 3:05 p.m.
For those feeling crafty, the Sherwood branch will host a fun craft session for children aged 6-12 at 3:00 p.m. Participants must have a registered MPL library card, which can be obtained for free at any branch.
