On Sunday's early hours of (Feb. 19) 2023, a shooting incident occurred in Milton. Responding to a call in the vicinity of Gibson Cres., the Halton police found that gunshots were fired around 5 a.m.
Two suspects entered the house, resulting in an exchange of gunfire, which was contained within the premises. Unfortunately, one person died in the incident, and the authorities have taken two suspects into custody.
The police will maintain their presence in the area as they continue their investigation. Halton Police stated that the shooting was confined to the residence, and the victim appears to have been specifically targeted.
