Stolen Car from Milton Walmart Found Crashed in Toronto Snowbank

A shopper at the Milton Walmart had an unwelcome surprise this past weekend after their vehicle was stolen in broad daylight.

According to Halton police, a Chrysler Sedan was taken from the Steeles Avenue Walmart parking lot between noon and 1 p.m. on Saturday, March 1. The owner returned to find their car missing, prompting an immediate investigation.

The stolen vehicle was discovered the following day in Toronto, crashed into a snowbank. Authorities have not disclosed the extent of the damage, but it remains unclear whether the car was still operational when found.

As of now, no arrests have been made in connection with the theft. Police are urging anyone with information to come forward and contact Halton police at 905-825-4777
