The 42nd annual Terry Fox Run is taking place in-person for the first time in two years on Sunday, Sept. 18, across Halton, with the exception of Georgetown where the event will be virtual. Georgetown residents are welcome to join the Acton in-person event and any funds they raise will be transferred to the Georgetown run site. There is no entry fee, but organizers ask you to register online. There is no minimum donation and all funds go toward cancer research.
The run will take place rain or shine.
In Milton, the Terry Fox Run is being held at E.C. Drury School for the Deaf, 255 Ontario St. S. (front entrance), between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m.
