Three People Charged with First-Degree Murder in Milton Woman’s Death


A third suspect has been arrested in connection with the death of a Milton woman.

On Tuesday, June 4th, police responded to an address on William Street South in Chatham where they found 27-year-old Louise Thomson of Milton dead.

Following an investigation, 44-year-old Jeffrey Davis and 59-year-old David Lozon, both from Chatham, were arrested and charged with first-degree murder and indignity to a dead body. They were taken to police headquarters and held for a bail hearing. Both men appeared in court on June 5th and June 19th and remain in custody.


On Wednesday, June 26th, 23-year-old Sky-Linn Holden, with no fixed address, was arrested in Windsor and also charged with first-degree murder and indignity to a dead body. Holden was taken to Chatham-Kent Police Service headquarters and is being held for a bail hearing.

This is considered an isolated incident with no threat to public safety.
