A woman has been charged after a break-in at a home in Milton.
Halton police say the suspect entered the house near Main and Ontario streets through an unlocked door between Oct. 1 and 2, allegedly stealing $500 worth of gaming consoles and some cash.
After an investigation, the suspect was identified.
On Oct. 3, police arrested a 37-year-old woman with no fixed address and charged her with break and enter. The charge has not yet been proven in court.
The woman was released with a promise to appear in court in Milton at a later date.
